Party planning and coordination is a professional approach of organising a party with personal touch. Often, the ambience and details relied greately to the planner one engaged. Keith's hot air balloon theme party was a memorable project. This is the theme that I can let my imagination run wild, be playful with colours and be creative in presentation.
In this project, I adopted bright and cheerful colours as I always love to make boy's party very lively and energetic. It was magnificent to visual more than hundred of hot air balloon cards hanging across the ballroom along with colour balloons and giant balloons that set a fun loving ambience in the air.
Delicious food is definitely the spot light of any party that guests would look forward to.
I designed two menus to keep guests informed of wonderful dishes they were expecting from the buffet spread as well as yummy cakes and desserts from the sweet table.
Every guest's seat was dressed with colourful ribbons and furbished with two menus. Each of the table had a table centerpiece that complimented the theme.
My fun loving client also engaged the service of professional balloon sculpturer to create an adorable animal arch at the entrance of the ballroom, in addition to a few indoor plaground facilities that set for the pleasure of all children who were invited to the party.
Children are cute, and they will be cuter to dine with party set prepared specially for them.
The party set consisted drinking cup in hot air balloon theme complete with colourful paper straw, paper serviette, colourful cutlery set.
The sweet table won so much attention for being so colourful and sweet when the desserts and cake was set on a field of grass with dreamy background of world monuments.
Setting next to the sweet table, was a giant backdrop that facilitated the cake cutting ceremony. This colourful backdrop made an attractive background for the capturing of happiness throughout the celebration.
Our thoughtful client also prepared goodies pack for her guests to bring home. These creative luggages contained a variety of edible and non-food favours that guests will bring home for further enjoyment.
