Therefore, I pay attention on how to get the best of this nutrition powerhouse by doing the stir-fry in the RIGHT way.


Ingredients
300g Broccoli
50g Carrot
10g Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
Chinese cooking wine to taste
5g Homemade Chicken Powder
Pinch Of Salt




Place oil, garlic and carrot into cooking pot, sauteed 3 minutes at 120 degree C at spoon speed. Pour some Chinese cooking wine at last 15 seconds to obtain the beautiful fragrance of Chinese style vegetable stir-fry.
Next, put in broccoli, homemade chicken powder and salt to the pot, stir-fry 4 minutes 30 seconds at 120 degree C, reverse spoon speed. Do not blanch broccoli before stir-fry as this step will wash away great amount of nutrient from your vegetables.


This cooking method will always keep the broccoli its best colour while achieving tenderness and juiciness at the same time.
