It is pumpkin season again. Try this no fuss way of preparing your vegetable.
Slice pumpkin into desired size, cut figs into wedges. Brush each pieces of pumpkin and fig with extra virgin olive oil, place them on baking tray.
Sprinkle pink salt, black pepper and fresh dills over pumpkin and fig pieces. Bake in preheat oven at 150C for 10 minutes. Test the softness to confirm it is to your liking.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the baked vegetable to enhance the flavour. Serve warm.
