很喜欢紫薯漂亮的颜色,今天我将它蒸熟碾碎,裹着年糕,做成了球状的甜点,大人小孩都很乐意吃上几个。

Ingredient
Purple sweet potato 紫薯 500g
Fine sugar 细砂糖 50g
Plain flour 中筋面粉 110g
Glutinous rice flour 糯米粉 3 tblsp
Rice cake 年糕 1no
White sesame 白芝麻 (optional)
Cooking oil 食油
Preparation
Peel and slice purple sweet potato.
Steam until soften, let cool.

Method
Mash purple sweet potato in a big bowl.
Mix in ingredient 2-4, knead until all ingredients combine.
For dough into a ball shape, cover with cling film, let dough rest for 30min in room temperature.
Meanwhile, cut rice cake into cubes.
When dough is ready, scoop one tablespoon of dough, lightly flatten it, wrap one cube of rice cake in the center, form a ball shape.
Run the sweet potato rice cake ball in a bowl filled with white sesame, omit this step if you do not consume sesame.
