
Ingredient
1. Pearl corn 珍珠玉米 1pce
2. Carrot 胡萝卜 2pcs
3. Chicken 鸡块 500g
4. White fungus 白木耳 100g
5. Dried squid 鱿鱼干 1pce
6. Chinese ham 金华火腿 1pce
7. Water 水1500g
8. Ginger 姜 1pce
9. Pink salt to taste 粉色岩盐
Preparation
1. Shuck corn, cut into 4pcs.
2. Peel carrots, cut into desired size.
3. Deskin chicken pieces, trim away fat, blanch.
4. Soak white fungus till soften, clean and trim away the hard parts.

6. Rinse chinese ham with hot water.
Method
1. Put water into pot, bring to boil.
2. Add ingredient 1-8, bring to boil again, lower the heat to simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Season soup with pink salt before turn of heat.
Note
1. We may consume soup ingredients by dipping in soy sauce. Should you prefer to enjoy softer soup ingredients, simmer for 3 hours.
